After days of continuous struggle and trying every possible combination of airlift teams and hospitals where Amrit could get ECMO + Lungs Transplant treatment, we recieved confirmation.
Apollo sent us a bed confirmation for Amrit and we moved rapidly to confirm the ICATT Airlift team. We have paid advances for Apollo and ICATT and I am happy to inform you that Dr. Ramana's ICATT team has arrived on the ground and is currently in AIIMS Bhubaneswar. Currently, we are working for the blood requirements for connecting ECMO machine and they will connect ECMO to him today. He is planned to be airlifted tomorrow by ICATT team to Apollo Chennai where he will get the further treatment he needs. I would thank everyone of you who is supporting us, it is only because of people like you that he has a fighting chance.
